By accessing or using cpstest.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

cpstest.site provides free click speed tests and leaderboards for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the tests honestly, with your own clicks or keypresses.
• Respect other users and our intellectual property.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or manipulate the service.

The following are not allowed:

• Auto-clickers, macros, scripts, or any automation that simulates clicks or keystrokes.
• Submitting fabricated, scripted, or otherwise fraudulent scores to the leaderboard.
• Scraping, mirroring, or redistributing site content without permission.
• Unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

We reserve the right to remove suspicious scores from leaderboards and to block users who violate these rules.

Your scores are stored locally in your browser by default. Scores you submit to the public leaderboard are shown alongside the nickname you choose. We may keep anonymous, aggregated stats to improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The site, its design, code, and content are owned by cpstest.site and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share screenshots of your own results, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cpstest.site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

CPS tests are for entertainment and self-measurement only. Rapid, repetitive clicking can strain your hands and wrists. Take breaks, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. The site is not a substitute for medical advice.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice or liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
